Keiron has over 20 years of experience in Portfolio, Program and Project Management. He is passionate about helping clients realise their strategic ambitions while mitigating the risks preventing them from doing so.

Keiron has a background in Civil Engineering and Business and has fulfilled leadership roles in portfolio leadership, delivery and advisory.

In 2023, Keiron established Portfolio Management Consulting Pty Ltd, to provide independent and fit-for-purpose advice to industry clients.

Keiron is a subject matter expert in infrastructure and technology portfolio management, with specialist skills and experience in portfolio governance, risk, assurance, benefits, performance, selection, and balancing.
